RESOLUTION AEN ING ORDINANCE NO. 40 1 OF THE
COUNTY OFBUTTE, AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 reference C; (effective 02/01/14-2%) of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Matte entitled
"BC:EA-General Unit C"lassifications" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 4 reference C; (effective 12/20/1.4-2%) of Ordinance No. 4061 of the. County of Butte entitled "13,CE.A,-
General Unit C"lassifications" by adding thereto the following:

Section 41 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES - ADMINISTRATION” by deleting therefrom the following:

and add the following:

Section 43 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "570-004 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES - SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:
Position Class Code Classification
2 5333/5335 Social Worker, Senior/Social Worker
thereby increasing the total by two (2) allocations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 44 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "570-006 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES - CalWORKs"by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 5351 Supervisor, Employment Services
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
2 5353/5354 Employment Case Manager, Senior/Employment Case
Manager (term position to end 08110117)
thereby increasing the total by one (1) allocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 50 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "7040 INFORMATION SYSTEMS" by
deleting therefrom the following:

1 1297 Telecommunications Coordinator
and add the following:

1 1343 Information Systems Technician, Senior
thereby leaving the allocations unchanged..

2014, by the following vote:
AYES: Super-visors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter

ABSENT: Supervisor Connelly
