AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 12$4 OF THE
COUNTY OP BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
state of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section I. Section No. 13 of Ordinance No. 1284 of the
~ounty of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto the
Fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
1 Stenographer Clerk IT
thereby changing the total from 10 to 11.
Section 2, Section No. 1$ of Ordinance No. 1284 of the
~ounty of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Duplicating Machine Operator I orlI
and adding thereto the following:
2 Duplicating Machine Operator I oxIl
1 Clerk II
thereby changing the total from 7 1/2 to 9 1/2.
Section 3. Section No. 35 of Ordinance No. 1284 of
the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
9 Probation Officer I ox II
and adding thereto the following:
11 Probation Officer I ox II
thereby changing the total from 20 to 22,

Section 4. Section No. S7 of Ordinance No. 1284 of
the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 36 3/4 to 37 3/4.
Section 5. Section No. bl of Ordinance No. 1284 of
the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 23 to 24.
Section 6. Section No. b3 of Ordinance No. 1284 of
the Gounty of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

1 Computer Operator or Computer
Operator Trainee

Section 7. This ordinance shall take effect on
Januaxy l2, 1974 which. is beyond 30 days aftex the date of its
adoption, and befoxe the expiration of fifteen ~l5) days
after its passage, it sha11 be published in a newspaper
ublished in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, this 11th day of .December, 1973 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, Madigan and Chairman. McKillop
NOES : None
ABSENT: gupervxsor Ladd
' NOT VOTING: None
