RESOLUTION LUTI IN RECOGNITIONE VEDA La l” USLET
UPON RETIRE MENT FROM THE DEPARTMENT CSE T - Tl ' LLER
WHEREAS,ER,EAS, Veda L. Muster, Manager, Property Tax.and. Grant Accounting, :for the Department of
Auditor-Controller, Property Tax Division, announced her retirement as of November 7, 2014; and
WHEREAS, Veda Muster began her career with the County of Butte in 1992, as Senior, Account Clerk,
in the Department of Auditor-Controller, advancing within the department to become Manager, Property Tax
and Grant Accounting, her present position; and
WHEREAS, Veda Muster has dedicated her service under the same Elected Auditor-Controller for
nearly twenty-three years in the capacity of Senior Account Clerk, Accounting Specialist, Auditor-Accountant,
and Manager, Property Tax and Grant.Accounting;
WHEREAS, Veda Muster has earned the respect offellow County employees, Auditor-Controller
family, County residents, and intergovernmental agencies as the instrumental leader of Property Tax, diligently
serving the County of Butte for twenty-two (22) years and seven (7) months,
NOW, T EREFO E BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors on its own behalf, and on
behalf of the residents of the County of Butte, expresses its sincere appreciation to Veda Musler for her many
years of unselfish dedication and outstanding service rendered to the residents of County of Butte, and further
wish her well on her retirement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, in a meeting thereof
held on this 2 11 day of October 2014,. by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
