The Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 4'75, as amended,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Ordinance No. 925 (Consolidating "R-1" Single-Family
Residential Districts), Section 1 is hereby amended to include
the following,
Being located near Chico and described as
Lots 1, 2, and all of Lats 3 & 15 located east of
State Fiwry . 99 ; Al l of "Burson Tract" , per map
filed in Map Book 7 on Page l~; all of "Lynnwood
Manor" per map filed in ~?ap Book 21 an Pages 8 & 9;
all that portion of Sec 15, T22N, RlE, MDB&M,
lying north of East Ave., east of said "Lynnwood
Manor" & said "Burson r.Cract": south of "Hobart
Sub" per map filed in Trap Book 4 on Page 24, and
wrest of "Bel Aire Sub, Unit ~l", per map filed
in Map Book 21 on Page 50; "Bel Aire Sub, Unit
~2" per map filed in Map Book 22 an Page 7 & 8;
& "Bel Aire Sub , Unit #3 " , oer map filed in ?!dap
Book 23 on Page 40.
Containing 30 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its massage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Chico Enter rise a newspaper published in the County
of Buttes, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butts, State of California, this 11th day of
December , 19 73 , by the following vote
AYES: Supervisors Camexon, Gilman, Madigan. and Chaixman McKillop
