RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4087 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, OWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
2 4143/4144/4156 Behavioral Health Counselor II/Behavioral Health
Counselor I/Behavioral Health Worker
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
2 4137/4138/4139 Behavioral Health Clinician III/Behavioral Health
Clinician II/Behavioral Health Clinician I
thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference E (Effective 12/21/13-2%) of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte
County Management and Supervisory Unit" by adding the following classifications:

by deleting therefrom the following:

therefrom the following:

SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
