COUNTY QF BUTTE, 'KNOWN AS THE "SA~L~ARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 3 (A) oaf. Ordinance No. 12$4
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom

Section 7. This ordinance shall take effect on
February 23, 1974 which is beyond 30 days after the date of its

OrovillE Mercury ~ a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in th.e County of Butte with the names
of the members voting for and against the same.
