The Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as amended,
_.
DOES ORDAIN, as follows
Ordinance No. 925 (Consolidating "R-1" Single-Family
~C Residential Distracts), Section 1 is hereby amended to include
~~ the following:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1 of
"Highland Acres Subdivision" as recorded in the
Office of the Butte County Recorder in Map of Record
Book 35, Pages 20 & 21 thence N 0° 09' W, 151,16 ft.;
thence N 89° 29' E, 1031.73 ft.; thence 5 01° 11' E,
151.24 ft. to the northeast corner of Lot 9 of said
°Highland Acres Subdivision"; thence S 89° 29' W,
1031.73 ft. to the point of beginning, containing
3.58 acres.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Paradise Post a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this
