G~27 1 2 ...... . 3 4 5 B 7 8 9 10 Ll 12 13 I4 15 16 17 is is 2p 2~. 22 23 24 28 26 AN ORDINANCE BONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "AR-MH-3" (AGRICULTURAL REST-- DENTIAL - MOSILE.HOME} DISTRICT, AND ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF LAND AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS . The Board .of .Superva.sors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shah. be and it is hereby zoned as an "AR~-MH-3" (Agricultural Residential - Mobi~.e Hgme} District and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County: Being a portion of T23N R3E, known as Nimshew Ridge.,. located north of Paradise and west of "Sky~caay°, more spec if Ica11y described as: The W~ of the W~ of Sec 14 , the SEA of the NW 4 of Sec 14 , the NE a of the S~ a of Sec 14 and a portion of the SE a of the SW~ of Sec 14 bounded by the fal- lowing described line: Commencing at the NW darner of paid` ~SE~ of the :SW a of Sac 14, thence along the N line thereof, N S7°~:30' 58" E, 150 .Q0 ft. to the true point of beginning for the parcel herein described; thence from said true paint of beginning, along said N line N S7° 30' S8" E, 929.75 ft.; thence leaving said line 5 69° 38' 44" W, X04.13 ft.; thence N 16° 29' S0" ~n1, 285.96 ft, to the point of of beginning. Excepting: Paradise P~.nes Unit 14 as recorded in the Office of the Butte County Recorder in M.O.R. Book 3$, pages 38, 39, 40 and 41. REGULATIONS FOR AN "AR-MH-3" DISTRICT: The following regulations shall apply in an "AR-MIi-3" District: 2.3. USES PERMITTED: a. Single-family dwellings. b. F~lobile FIomes -- to house one family, when such ~Iabile ... ... .Hume is the only housing facility located on the premises, provided the following conditions ors con-- . formed to: 1. The gross area of the A~ol~ile Home shall not be less than 500 square feet. 2. All electrical installations shall conform to State Statutes and. regulations as ad:nins~tered by the Building Division of the Butte County Public Works Department. c. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted uses. d, Agricultural uses. e. Livestock, subject to requirements as follows: 1. For each horse or head of cattle over one (1) year of age -- eight thousand, one hundred twenty- five ( 8,125) square feet. 2. For each head of swine over ten {10) weeks of age ~- eight thousand one hundred twenty-five (8,1251 square feet. 3. For each head of sheep or goats -- two thousand (2,000) square feet. 2.2 THE FOLLOWING USES SUBJECT TO SECURING A USE PERMIT ZN EACH CASE: a. Golf courses, country clubs, if permitted, would permit accessory uses such as driving range, pro shop, cocktail bar, restaurant. b. Public and quasi-public uses including churches, firehouses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds, schoo and public utility buildings. c. Livestock farming. d. Veterinary clinics, outpatient. e. SECTION 3. All uses of land wi thin the district not specifically authorized and permitted in Section 2 are prohibited. SECTION 4. In compliance with the provisions of the Zoninc Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after its effec- tive date become a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. SECTION 5. The penalties far the violation of the Zoning hereby imposed within the District shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. SECTION .6.
