AN ORDINANCE AMENDING~ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY ~OF B~UTTE.•, KNOWN AS THE- '-'SALARY ORDIN.ANGE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 3 {B) of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

and adding thereto the following:

Section 2. Section No. 13A of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Personnel Analyst T/II/III
1 Stenographer Clerk II
thereby changing the -total from 7 to 9.
• Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect on
March 1, 1974, which is 30 days after the date of its adoption,
and prior to the expiration of fifteen {15) days from the
passage thereof shall be published at least once in the
Orovil.Ie Mercury ~ a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the County of Butte with the
names of the members voting for and against the same.
