The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California,, under. and pursuant to.Ordinance No. .475, being the
Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 1071 (Consolidating "A-3" Agricultural
Districts) Section T is herEby amended to include the following:
The NE 4, the SE ~ of the NWT, and the E z of the
NE a of the N~W 4 of Section 3, and the S z of the SW~a
of Section ll, all in T17N R2E, MDB&M.
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen il5) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Gridley Herald , a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
,County of Butte, State of California, this 12th day of
March r 1974, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, ^Ladd, McKillop and Chairman Madigan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Gilman
NOT VOTING : None
