The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES
ORllAIN as follows:
Ordinance No, 995 (Consolidating "C-1" Light Commercial}
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
A portion of the SE a of Sec 1, T19N R4E ~-~.Di3&iVi, mare
particularly described as follows:
All that property bounded on the north by the east-
west centerline of said Sec 1, on the west by Kelly
Ridge Road, on the south by Lodgeview Drive as shown
in the tentative map of Kelly Ridge Estates, Unit 4
on file in the Office of the Butte County Planning
Dept., and on the cast by Lots 76, 77, 79, 89 & 90
of said Kelly Ridge Estates, Unit 4. Containing 4
acres , Ttlare Or ~..eS S
That this Ordinance shall. take effect thirty (3D) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall. be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Oroville Mercury
a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of Californ~.a .
PASSBD AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 19th day of
March 1974, by the following vote:
