The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
_~
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 995 (Consolidating "C-1" Light Commercial)
~ Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
A portion of the West half of Lot 7, in Block 29, and
a portion of the West half of Lot 2, in Block 30, as
shown on that certain Map entitled, "Map of Villa
Verona, Butte County, California", which Map was re-
corded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Butte, State of California, on January 17, 1889 and
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of
the Oraville-Bangor Road, with the East line of the
West half of said Lot 7, Block 29; thence South along
said East line and the East line of the West half of
said Lot 2, Block 30, a distance of 29-0 feet; thence
North 89° 59` West, parallel with the South line of
said Lat 2, Block 30, a distance of 72.0 feet; thence
North parallel with said East line of the West half of
said Lot 2, and its Northerly extension, to the Southerly
line=of aforesaid Oroviile-Bangor Road; thence South-
easterly along the Southerly line of said Road, to the
point of beginning.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (75) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Orovi.lle Me~'cury , a newspaper published i n the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 19th day of
March 7974, by the following vote:
