AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 12$4 OP THE
COUNTY OE BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE 'fSALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supexv.soxs of the County of Butte,
State pf Califo:rnia, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 7 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
1
Stenographer Clerk II
and adding thereto the following:
1 Secretary I
Section 2. Section No. 8 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Stenographer Clerk II
and adding thereto the following:
1 Typist Clerk II
Section 3. Section No. 50 of Ordinance No, 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions - Classification Title

Business Services Officer
and adding thereto the following:
1 Administrative Service Officer I

Section 4. Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the (bunty of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Eligibility Worker T or TI
and adding thereto the following:
3 Eligibility Worker III
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect on
May 4, 1974 which is beyond 3Q days from the date of its
adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from
the passage thereof shall be published at least once in the
~ oraville Mercu_r_y_____ _, a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the County of Butte with the names
of the members voting for and against the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 26th day of March 1974 by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, Ladd, McKillop and
Cha~.rman Madigan
