COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNO'~N AS~ THE "SAL'ARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisaxs of the County o~ Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:

Section 7. This ordinance shall. take effect on
June 1, 1.974 which is beyond 3Q days from th_e date of a.ts
adoption, and..pxior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from.
the passage thereof shall be published at least ~ onc:P in the
Biggs News _ _, a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the County of Butte with the names
of the members voting for and against the same.
