AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IX, SECTION 1~-15
OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
2 DO ORDAIN as follows:
3 Section 1. Article IX, Section ~~-1~ of the
¢ Butte County Code is hereby amended to read as follows;
g Section ~4-1~. It shall be unlawful to operate any
g motor vehicle within the bed of, ar upon the banks of Lindo Channel
7 unless so authorized by Butte County ar its authorized representati
8 Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30}
g days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
lp fifteen {~5~ days after its passage, it shall be published with
lI the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
12 Chaco Enterprise-Record , a newspaper published in the County
13 of Butte, State of California.
