County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amen e D ORDAIN as follows: Ordinance No. 995 (Consolidating "C-1" light Commercial} Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following: A part of the NE ~ of the NW ~ of See 29, T19N R4E, MDB&M, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the quarter corner common to Sections 20 and 29, said Township and Range; thence S 89° 06` W, 148.71 ft. along the Southerly boundary line of Paxton Subdivision to the southeasterly line of a County Road; thence leaving the southerly lane of Paxton Subdivision and along the line of the County Raad the following courses and' distances: on a curve to the right and southwest, having a radius of 130 ft., a central angle of 34° 18' 20", the long chord of which bears S 51° 55' 5D" W a distance of 76.68 ft .;S 69° 05' W, 44.31 ft.; along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 730 ft. through an angle of 6° 36' 33" and arc distance of 84.2, ft. (the long chord of which bears S 16° 39' E, 84 .15; ft.) ; S 20° 20' E, 162.20 ft.; and along the arc of a curve to the left (tangent to which at this paint bears S 20° 2l' E) having a radius of 770 ft., through an angle of 2l° 39', an arc distance of 290.96 ft. (the long chord of which bears S 3l° 09' 30" E, 289.23 ft.; to a point on the North and South~~centerlane of said Sec 29; thence leaving the Northeasterly line of the OrovilLe-Marysville High- way, N 02° D8' E, 546.04 ft. along the North and South centerline of said Sec 29, (said Line being also the Westerly line of Oakdale Heights Subdivision) to the point of beginning, containing an area of 2.0 acres, more or less.
