The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,

State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:

Section 1. Section No. 3 {A) of Ordinance No. 1284

of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto

the following:

Section 10. This ordinance shall take effect on
June 29, 1974 which is beyond 30 days from the date of its
adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15} days
from the passage thereof shall be published at least ~ once
in the oraville Mercuicy ____, a newspaper of general
circulation published and circulated in the Cau~ty of Butte
with the names of the members voting .for and against the same.
