The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte DO
ORDAIN as follows:
..
Section 1. Arficle IX, Section 14-i5 of the Butte County
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 14-15. It shall be unlawful to operate
any motor vehicle in the area commonly known as the Lindo
C&a.annel, from Zongfellow Bridge upstream, unless so authorized
by Butte County or its authorized representativeo
Section 20 This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Ckiico Ezzterpr~.se , a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, Buate of California .
PASSED .AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 11th day of June 1974., by the
following vote:
AYE S: Supervisors Cauteron, Gilman, Ladd, McKillop and Chairman Madigan
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING : None
