The Butte County Board of Supervisors, State of California
DO ORDAIN a s follows
Section to Reference is hereby made to Ordinance 1459 which
/+~'
interim zoned certain land within th ^incorporated area of the
County of Butted Through clerical error the description of the
property: that the Board of Supervisors intended to interim zone
is in error. The description of the lands that were intended to
be included within Ordina nce 1459 is set forth below and Ordinance
1459 is hereby amended by deleting the description of the
;property affected therein and is to read as follows:

Section 2. This is a urgency ordinance and shall take
effect immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5) days after its passage shall be published ante with
the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and
against the same in the Chico Enterprise-Record, ,a newspaper in
general circulation in the County of Butte, State of California,
The facts constituting the urgency on which this ordinance is
bassed are;
1. Through clerical error the area covered by Ordinance 1459
lis not the area intended b the Board of Superyisorso The Board

of Supervisors were under the impression when they adopted
Ordinance 1459 that the description of the lands covered is as
per the description in this amending ordinanceo In that Ordinance
1459 is an urgency ordinance and took effect immediately it is
mandatory that this ordinance also take effect immediately for the
protection of the health and welfare of the people of the County
of Buttes
PASSED AND ADOPTEI}~ by the Board of Supervisars of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 9th day of July,
1974, by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, Ladd, McKillop and Chairman Madigan
NOES: None
