Section 3B of Ordinance No. 1284 of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following: Plat Class Amount Code Class Title $2704 mo. 6833 Hospital Physician* $3120 mo. 0644 Medi~zal Director* *Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, hospital physicians, may upon written authorization of the Medical Director, or in absence of the Medical Director the Hospital Administrator, shall be paid in addition to the base monthly wage $25 per weekday on call and X50 for holiday or weekend day on ca1~1. Hospital physicians called back during the on-call period assigned shall be paid an equivalent of the straight hourly rate of the total hours of service performed. Section 3. Section 20 of Ordinance No. 1284 of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1/2 Typist Clerk II thereby changing the total from 1 to 1 1/2. Section S. Section 41 of Ordinance No. 1284 of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Typist Clerk II and adding thereto the following: 1 Stenographer Clerk II Section 6. Section 50A of Ordinance No. 1284 of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Account Clerk III 1 Senior Medical Record Technician 1 Clerk II thereby changing the total from 6 to 9. Section 7. Section 51 of Ordinance No. 1284 of the County of .Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following: Fositions Classification Title 1 - Spa Administrative Services Assistant -3- and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 11 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 ld I1 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 24 21 22 23 24 23 26 1/2~ Administrative Services Assistant *Remaining 1/2 position assigned to medical and dental access project. Section 8. Section 60 of Ordinance No. 1284 of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefxom the following: The entire section is deleted. Section 9. Section 62A of Ordinance No. 1.284 of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following; MEDICAL AND DENTAL ACCESS PROJECT SECTION 62A 1 Senior Public Health Nurse l~/2 Administrative Services Assistant 1 1 2 kRemaining 1/2 position assigned to drug contxol project. section 10. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 1284 of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following: The entire section is deleted, Section 5. and adding thereto the following: Positions Classification Title 1 Personnel Analyst I/II 1 Building Serviceman (Painting) .l Deputy Marshal 1 ,. Equipment Serviceman 1 Typist C1erk.II 1 Janitor 6 4- Section 11. Section 13. This ordinance shall take effect on August 24, 1974 which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
