The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "A-40" {Agricultural) District for a period of ~ 120 days, and such area shall be subject to the re.~trictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. Said area so zoned being located west of Nelson and described as: Far property located west of Nelson, particularly described as all of Section 27, T20N R1E, MDB&M located west.of Butte Creek. Containing 613 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR AN "A-40" DISTRICT: The following regulations shall apply to an "A-40" District: 2.1 USES PERMITTED: a. Single-family dwellings, including mobile homes. b. General agriculture, farming, horticulture, commer- cial livestock, poultry production, growing and harvesting forestry products, warehousing and storage. c. Accessory buildings and uses pertinent to the permitted uses, including agricultural processing plants . ', d. Housing facilities (including trailers) to accomodat' only employees and their families employed by the /~' ~ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 33 14 15 18 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 owner or operator of the premises; and provided further that such housing facility shall be consi- dered. accessory to the main building and shall con- form to the provisions pertaining to required yard and open space for dwellings. e. Mining, quarrying, commercial excavation and wood processing plants. f. Hunting and fishing camps, including those which accommodate recreational vehicles and travel trailer: providing that said recreational vehicles and travel trailers shall not be used for year round occupancy. 2.2 MINIMUM LOT AREA REQUIRED: Minimum lot area shall not be-less than forty (40) acres. 2.3 FRONT YARD REQUIRED: Minimum ,front yard shall be. fifty (50) feet from the. centerline of the road, except where the road is classified by the County as a Federal Aid Secondary Raad, the minimum building setback requirements shal" be fifty-five (55) feet from the centerline of the road. i i SECTION 3.~ All uses of land within the district not ~ispecifically authorized and permitted in Section 2 are prohibited. SECTION ~. Tn compliance with the provisions of said Zoning Enabling Ordinance,- the same~is hereby amended by adding this Ordinance in full. ~, 1 SECTION 5.
