DOES ORDAIN as follows:' SECTION 1. ThQ hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is herE zoned as a "TM-5" (Timber-Mountain) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. Keeping, raising and uasturing of cattle, horses, t...~ _ . sheep, goats, hogs or other livestock, provided that na more than two {2) such animals be kept per acre on parcels of less than five (5) acres and no more than four (4) such animals be kept per acre on parcels of five (~) acres or more. e.
