The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under a:nd pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOE S
I ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 1351 (Consolidating "P-Q" Public-Quasi-
Public} Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
All that parcel identified as Assessors Parcel 56'~
10--07 per maps on file in the office of Butte County
Assessor on March 1, 1974 (Cohasset Community Church)
All of lots 14 and 15 of "Cohasset Homes" per map of
record in rnap Book 15 on Page 16 ,
A portion of the NVd4 of Sec 23, T24N, R2E, MDB&M
described as beginning at the SW corner of Lot 14
of "Cohasset Homes" thence east along the south sine
o~ Said lot l4 to the SE corner of said Lot 14; thence
north along the east line of said. Lot 3.4 and 15, 300
feet, thence at right angles, east b9:58 feet; thence
south parallel. with the east line of said Lots 14 and
l5, 568.70 feet; thence west parallel with the south
line of said Lot 14, 218.58 feet; thence south parallel.
with Cohasset Rd. 140 feet; thence west parallel with
the east--west centerline~of said Sec 23, 251 feet to
the east right-of-way line of Cohasset Rd; thence
north along said right-of-way line, 408.70 to the
point of beginning.
A portion of Sec 27, T24N, R2E, MDB&M, described as
beginning at a point on the east ling of said Sec 27,
said point located 543..85 feet north of the E ~ corner
of said Sec 27; thence continuing along said east line
north 236.28 feet; thence west at right angles to the
east line of said Sec 27, 23.6.48 feet; thence south
parallel with the east line of said Sec 27, 236.28
feet; thence east 216.48 feet to the point of beginning.

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30? days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the

County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Boarrd of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, oza the 20th day of
August, ].974, by the following vote:
AYE 5; Supervisors Camexon, Ladd, McKillop and ChaixQ-an Madigan
