AN ORDTNANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 995,
CONSOLIDATING "C-1" (LIGHT COx~tERCLAL)
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 995 {Consolidating "C--1" Light Commercial)
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located in Cohasset and particularly described as
follows:
Being a portion of the S'~ of Sec 34, T24N, R2E, MDB&M,
described as beginning at the W4 corner of said Sec 34,
thence east along the east-west centerline of said Sec
34, to a point located 400 ft. west of the west right-
af--way line of Cohasset Rd; thence 5W parallel with
Cohasset Rd, 3017 ft; thence east parallel with said
east west centerline 400 ft. to the west right-~of-way
line of Cohasset Rd; thence southwesterly along Cohasset
Rd, 100 ft; thence S 27° 48'' E, 287. ft; thence S 430
36'' W, 208 ft; thence N 27° 48'~ W, 281 ft; to tl~e west
right--of--way line of Cohasset Rd; thence southwesterly
along Cohasset Rd, 475 ft, mere or less, to a point
located at right ang~.es and 850 ft, south of the east
west centerline of said Sec 34; thence west parallel
with said east-west centerline, 700 ft, more or less,
to the west line of said Sec 34; thence north along the
west line of said Sec 34, 850 ft. to the point of
beginning.
That this Drdinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Chico Enterprise-Record , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
