AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 1071,
CONSOLIDATING "A-3'" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICTS:
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the
3 zoning enabling ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 Ordinance No. 1071 {Consolidating "A-3" [Agricultural]
~ Districts) Section X is hereby amended to include the following:
6 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated are
of Butte County, California, southeast of Chico, more par-
? ocularly described as follows:
8 Lots 1 through l4 being all of "Bruce Tract" per map
recorded in Map Book 8 on Page 15 in the Office of the
9 Butte County Recorder and
10 A portion of Sec 12, T2IN, R1E, described as beginning
at the southeast corner of Lot l3 of said "Bruce Tract",
I~ thence S 20° 41' E, 1886.67 ft., thence S 55° 50' W,
1666.75 ft. to the east line of the Southern Pacific
12 Railroad .right-of-way; thence northwesterly along said
east Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way line to the
13 southwest corner of Lot 14 of said "Brruce Tract"; thence
N 51° 5$' E, along the south boundary of said "Bruce
14 Tract", 1489.4 ft. to the southeast corner of Lot I3,
being also the point of beginning.

Containing 196 acres, more or less.

17 That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
18 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fif-
19 teen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the
20 names of the members voting for and against the same in the

22 County of Butte, State of California.
23 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
