AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO .ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 3 (A} of Ordinance No. 1284 of the
;County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

This ordinance sh-all take effect an October ~, 1974, which
is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before
the expiration of fiteeen (15) days after its passage, it shall
be published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
