AN ORDINANCE A~'IENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO . 946 ,
CONSOLIDATING "M-l" {LIGHT INDUSTRIAL}
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of saic~`Count
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended DOES ORDAIN as
followsc
Ordinance No. 946 is hereby amended to include the
fallowing which is located west of Chico, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginniing at the southwest corner of Lot 20 of "Morehead
Ranch Sub Na, 1" per map recorded in -Book 9 Page 14 of
the Butte County Re corder,. also being the' northerly line
of the now abandoned Sacramento Northern Railroad right-
of--way; thence north .along the west line of said I,ot 20
394.0 ft. thence N810 10 ` E 423.18 f_t, to a point an the
easterly ling of said Lot 20 ; thence S 150 36 ` W 359 .81
ft. along said east line of said Lot 20 to the south -
easterly corner of said Lot 20, also being on the north-
erly line of said railroad right-of-way; thence S 150
36` W 62.2 ft, across said rightrof-way; thence S 520
3!7' W 171.4 ft. to the southeasterly .corner of Lot 21 of
said "P4arehead Ranch Sub No. 1" ; thence S 79° 59' W 263 .4
ft. along the southerly line of said Lot 2l; thence N 100
Ol' W 62.5 ft. across said Lot 21 and said right-of-way
to the south line of Lot 19 of said "~~arehead Ranch Sub
No. 1"; thence east alang the south sine of said Lot 19
165.6 ft. to the southwest co rner of said Lot 20 and the
point of beginning.
Containing 3.56 acres.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (3fl) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its .passage, it shall. be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Ch~.ca Enter rzse-Record , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Berard of Supervisors of the
