AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 1071,
CONSOLIDATING "A-3" (AGRICULTURAL)
The Board of Supervisors of the Gounty of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No: -475 of-said Count
being;:the ~on~.ng Enabling Ordinance as amended DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
Ordinance No . 10 71 is hereby amended to include the
following which is located west of Chico, mare particularly
described as
Beginning at a point located on the centerline of Rodgers
Ave., said point located 117 ft. northeasterly of the
southeast corner of Lot b of "Caz~per Tract" per map re-
corded in Map of Record Rook 1 on Page 28; thence norther
to the southeast corner of Lot 5, said "Camper Tract";
thence northerly to the northeast corner of said Lot 5;
thence southwesterly along the nort?z line of said "Camper
Tract" to the east right-~t~f-way l,.rie of Lone Pina Ave;
thence south along said right-of_w~~ line to its inter-
section with the centerline of Rodgers Ave; thence
northwesterly along said centerline to the point of
beginning. ~.
Containing 51 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall. take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before .the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be Published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
E ter rise-Record , a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County .of Butte, State of .California, on .the 17th
