X75. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali-fornia, under and -pursunat -to Ordinance No. 475 of said- County being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1. The her?inafter described area, situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "A-20" (Agricultural} District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted.-uses and re- gulations herYinafter specified and provided. Single-family dwellings, including mobile homes, j 8 b. General agriculture farming, horticulture, commercial 9 livestock, poultry production, growing and harvesting 10 forestry products, warehousing and storage. Il c. Accessory buildings and uses pertinent to th.° per- 12 mitted uses, including, agricultural processing plants. 13 d. Housing facilities (including trailers) to accommodate 14 only employees and their families employed by the 15 ownmr or operator of the premises; and provided fur- 1B then that such housing facility, shall be considered 17 accessory to the main building and shall conform to 18 the provisions pertaining to required yard and open 19 space for dwellings. 20 e. OTHER USES , All uses of land not specifically authorized and permitted under Section 2 are prohibited within the district. SECTION 4. Tn compliance with the provisions of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling prdinance . SECTION 6.
