ORDINANCE NO. 1487
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE N0. 925,
CONSOLIDATING "R-1" (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said Gaunty
~'~ being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amendad DOES ORDAIN. as
follows:
Ordinance No. 925 is hereby amended to include the Poll
ing which is located west of Chico, more particularly described
as
All of "Ranchita Gardens Subdivision" as recorded in Man
of Record Book 35 Pages 54 and 55 in the Office of the 1
Butte County Recorder.
Containing 9.64 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5) days after-its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Chico Enterprise-Record , a newspaper published in the. County
of Butte, State of California..
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the i7th day of
September ' , 19 74 , by the £ol lowing vote ;
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Giimam, Ladd, McKi~.lop and Cb,airman Madigan.
