AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE ~
COUNTY OF BUTTE, 'KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" ',
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLQWS:.
Section 1. Section No. 3 B of Ordinance No. 1284 of
the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

the County of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto the

Section 7. Section No. 56 of Ordinance No. 1284 of
the Gounty of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:

thereby changing the total from 9 to 10.
Section 8. This ordinance sha11 take effect on
November 2, 1974 which is 30 days From the date of its adoption,
and pxior to the expiration of fifteen (15} days from the
passage thereof shall be published at least once in the
Gridle Herald , a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the Gounty of Butte with the names
of the members voting for and against the same.
