PUBLIC S~GPyOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEffi - AND 7~ BOARD OF SUPE&VISORS OF THE COIINTY OF BUTTE - The Board of Admani.strataan, Publ~.c Employeesf retirement System, hereinafter referred to as Board and the BOARD OF SIIPExYISORS of the COIINTY OF BIITTE, herein- after referred to as Public Agency, having entered into a contract under date of February 26, 1945, effective April 1, 1945, as amended effective October 1, l94?, December 1, 1951, July 1, 1956,.
