AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO, 1351
CONSOLIDATING "P-Q" (PUBLIC-QUASI-PUBLIC) DISTRICTS
~' The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and
pursuant to Ordinance No:. 475, being the
3 zoning enabling ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4' Ordinance No. 3351 (Consolidating "P-Q" (Timber-Mountain)
5 Districts) Section l is hereby amended~to include the following:
6 Said .;area so- zoned be~:ng locate•d~ in.:,the unincorporated
7 , area- of. Butte~,~ County, C~~.ifornia, north of Paradise,
more particularly described as follows:

That this ordinance shall take effect thirty 434),days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15y days after a.ts passage, it shall be published with
the. names of.the.members voting for and against the same in the
Paradise Post , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
