Butte, State ~ of California, under and-pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said _ _ ~.. .. 3 County being the Zoning Enablinq Ordinance, DOES ORDAIN: '¢ SECTION 1. The hereinafter cjescrz.bQd area, situated in ~ the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is ~ hereby zoned as an "A-10" (Agricultural.) District, and such area 7 shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and re- 8 gulataons hereinafter s~?ecifaed and ~ provided . Containing 4 square miles, more or lass. SECTION 2. REGt3LATIONS FOR AN "A-1Q" District The following regulations shall apply to an "A,-l0 `: District: 2.1 USES PERMITTED: a. Accessary buildings and uses pertinent to the per~;itte uses, includ~.ng agricultural processing plants. d, Housing facilities (including trailers } to accomodate only emplayees and their fama.lies Employe. by the owner or operator of the premises; and provided fur- ther that such housing facility shall be considered accessory to the main building and shall conform to the previsions pertaining to required yard and open space for dwellings. e. Mining, quarrying, commercial excavation a.no wood processing plants. f. Hunting and fishing camps, including those which accommodate recreational vehicles and travel trailers, providing that said recreational. vehicles and travel trailers shall not be used fox year-round occupancy. 2 , 2 MI:NIMCTM LOT AREA REQUIRED Minimum Iot area shall not be Iris than ten (1Q) acres 2,3 FRONT YARD SETBACK. OTHER USES All uses of land not specifically authorized and permitte under Section 2 are prohibited within the district. SECTION 4. In comliance wit's the provisions o.f thc- Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after its effective datQ become a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. SECTION 5. The -penalties for the violation of the zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the i Zoning Enabling Ordinance. SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be and it is hereblT declared to he in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and before the eX?~i ration of fifteen E15) days after its passage, this ordinance shall ioe pub- lished once with the names of the members of the Board of Supe r- visors voting for and against the same i n the Chico Enterprise-Record • a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
