NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Resolution 12-122, Exhibit A, as delineated in the attached Exhibit A, eliminating the fee increase scheduled for January 1, 2015. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such amendment shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
