RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 15-011—AMENDMENTS TO
THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors established the Butte County Master Fee Schedule by Resolution
on March 24, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is authorized to adopt and implement fees for services, provided
however, that such fees do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing such services; and
WHEREAS, maintenance of a Master Fee Schedule serves the convenience of the County and all
persons affected by said charges; and
WHEREAS, on January 27th, 2015, a public hearing was noticed and duly conducted to allow
consideration of certain adjustments to the Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, after the conclusion of said public hearing, the Board of Supervisors acted to adopt
Resolution 15-011, thereby effecting adjustments to the Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, after the dose of the public hearing, the Board of Supervisors requested to reconsider said
adjustments to the Master Fee Schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte rescinds
Resolution 15-011 and the adjustments to the Master Fee Schedule contained therein, effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 10th day of February,
2015, by the following votes:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
