RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors established the Butte County Master Fee Schedule by Resolution on March
24, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is authorized to adopt and implement fees for services, provided however, that
such fees do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing such services; and
WHEREAS, maintenance of a Master Fee Schedule serves the convenience of the County and all persons
affected by said charges; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was noticed and duly conducted to allow consideration of the proposed fee
adjustments prior to adoption of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the County Administration Office has conducted a study to determine the cost of providing copies
of documents requested by members of the pubhc; and
WHEREAS, a uniform fee for providing copies of documents to the public is administratively more efficient and
more understandable to the public than a non-uniform fee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to adjust the fee for providing copies of documents requested by
members of the public as set forth in the above mentioned actions.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte adopts the fees as
delineated in the attached Exhibit A and amends the Butte County Master Fee Schedule to reflect the changes. All fee
adjustments shall become effective March 12th, 2015.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this 10th day of February, 2015, by the
following votes:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, WahI, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
