SOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4087 OF THE
COUNTY FUTTE4 NAS THE 6` ALA YINANC "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 05 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "021-GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4943 Graphics Lachine Operator
thereby decreasing the total allocations by one (1).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4143/4144 Behavioral Health Counselor II/1
and deleting the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4173/4174/4175 Behavioral Education Specialist, Senior/Behavioral
Health Education Specialist/Behavioral Health Education
Specialist, Associate
thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 24th day of February, 2015,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Dirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
