AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 1351
CONSOLIDATING "P-Q" (PUBLIC-QUASI-PUBLIC)
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State.
2 of Ca1.i£ornia,.tnzder and pursuant..to Ordinance No. 47.5 of said
3 County, being the zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, pOES
~ ORDAIN as follows:
5 Ordinance No. 1351 (Consolidating "P-Q" Public-Quasi-
~ Public) Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
~ For that portion o£ Lindo Channel and .its environs
located between Manzanita Avenue on the east and Chico
$ City Limits at Longfellow Ave. on the west, more parti--
9 cularly described as all that property bounded on the
north by the south line o£ "Bidwell 18th Subdivision"
per map recorded in Book 7 on Page 26 0£ f~he Butte County
10 Recorder and "Long£e11ow Terrace No. 18" per map record-
ed in Book 27 on Page 12 of the Butte County Recorder;
11 on the east by Manzanita Ave; on the south by the north
line of Lots 59, &6, 67, 74,75, and 78 of "Bidwell 20th
12 Subdivision" per map recorded in Book 7 on Page 74 of the
Butte County Recorder and the north line of Lots 36, 41,
13 42, 47, and 48 of "Bidwell 19th Subdivision" per map
recorded in Book 7 on Page 72 0£ the Butte County Re-~
14 corder; and an the west by the Chico City Limits at
Longfellow Ave.

18 Containing 45 acres, more or less.
17 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
18 after the date of its adoption}, and before the expiration o£
19 fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
20 the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
21 C!~ico Enterprise , a newspaper- published in the
22 County of Butte, State of Cali £ornia.
23 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board at Supervisors o£ the
24 County of Butte, State of..California, on the 15~h day of
~ October 1974, by the following vote:
