RESOLUTION AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RESOLUTION NO. 1 -003, ENTITLED "RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO RELEASE THE COUNTY'S
REVERSIONARY INTEREST IN STATE OWNED
REAL PROPERTY,CAL FIRE BUTTE UNIT—STATION 63, OROVILLE,CALIFORNIA 95965"
WHEREAS, on January 13, 2015,the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, adopted
Resolution No. 15-003, entitled, "RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA TO RELEASE THE COUNTY'S REVERSIONARY INTEREST IN STATE OWNED REAL PROPERTY, CAL FIRE BUTTE
UNIT—STATION 63, ORVILLE, CALIFORNIA 95965"; and
WHEREAS,subsequent to the adoption of Resolution No. 15-003, it was discovered that the Resolution and the
unrecorded Quit Claim Deed contained a typographical error in the Volume number of the reference to the 1933 Deed
that read in part, "recorded on September 15, 1933 in Volume 7 Page 268 of the Official Records of the County of
Butte"; and
WHEREAS,the correct reference to the 1933 Deed in the Quit Claim Deed and the Resolution should read in
part, "recorded on September 15, 1933 in Volume 107, Page 268 of the Official Records of the County of Butte"; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County of Butte and the State of California that the legal documents
contain the correct volume reference.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California that
the Director—General Services is hereby authorized to correct the error in the volume reference contained in the 1933
Deed that reads in part, "recorded on September 15, 1933 in Volume 7, Page 268 of the Official Records of the County of
Butte" to read "recorded on September 15, 1933 in Volume 107, Page 268 of the Official Records of the County of
Butte"and execute the same for recordation on behalf of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this 24th day of March,
2015, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
