AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 107$
CONSOLIDATING "S-1"{MEDIUM-DENTSTY SUBURBAN --
RESIDENTIAL)
2 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
-- S of California; under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475- of said
~ County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN,
~ as follows:
8 Ordinance No. 1078 (Consolidating "S-1" Meda:um-Density
7 Suburban-Residential) Section 1 ~.s hereby amended to include the
g following: .
9 Said area so zoned being located i.n the unincorporated
area of Butte County, California; the northeast Ch~.co
14 area, morn particularly described as follows:
I1 For that property an the east side of F1ora1 Avenue, and
north of East Avenue, more particularly described as
12 being Lots 22, 23, and 24 of "Bidwell 15th Subdivision"
~pe~map recorded in Book 6 on Page 48 of the Butte County
13 Recorder.
14 Containing 30 acres, more or less.
15 That this Ordinance sha11 take effect thirty (30) days
16 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
17 fifteen (15} days after its passage, it sha11 be published with
18 the names of the members voting .for and against the same in the
19 CE~ico Enterprise , a newspaper published in the
20 County of Butte, State of California.
