RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4087 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, I{N NAS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE”,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "541®011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES99 by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4130 Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician
1 4137/4138/4139 Behavioral Health Clinician 1II/I1/I
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4141 Supervisor, Behavioral Health Counselor
thereby decreasing the total allocations by one (1).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 38 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "541-012 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES”by deleting therefrom the following:

1 4141 Supervisor, Behavioral Health Counselor
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4130 Supervisor, Behavioral Health Clinician
1 4137/4138/4139 Behavioral Health Clinician III/II/I
thereby increasing the total allocations by one (1).
