RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4087 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 35 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH - GENERAL
SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4041 Program Manager, Public Health
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4043 Supervisor, Public Health Nursing
thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference I (Effective 10/25/15-3%) of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled
"Professional Employees Unit5, by adding the following classifications:
Class Code Salary Range Classification Bi-Weekly Step Bi-Weekly Step

3707 73 Chief Attorney, Child $3,424.14 $4,588.67

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 40 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by
adding thereto the following:

1 3707 Chief Attorney, Child Support Services
thereby increasing the total allocations by one (1).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 21th day of April, 2015, by
the following vote:
