BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
IN THE MATTER OF:
APPROVING THE DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE PROTECTION AGREEMENT
#5GS14109; INMATE ROADS MAINTENANCE
FOR SERVICES FROM FINAL APPROVAL THROUGH MARCH 15, 2017
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors COUNTY OF BUTTE, that said Board does herby approve
the agreement with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection dated 3-26-15 and ratifies
Sheriff Kory Honea's signature on said agreement. This agreement provides Inmate Roads Maintenance
during the State fiscal years 2014/2015, 2015/2016 to include through March 15, 2017.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chair of the Board of Supervisors County of Butte, Doug Teeter, be
hereby authorized to sign and execute said resolution on behalf of the COUNTY OF BUTTE at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the 5th of May, 2015 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
