RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DIRECTOR
TO SIGN
STANDARD AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CALIFORNIA STATE DEPARTMENT OF REHABILITATION
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
FOR
FY 15/16— FY 17/18
WHEREAS, Butte County, through its Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH), wishes to enter into an
agreement with the California State Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) to provide vocational rehabilitation services to
mutual clients receiving services from BCDBH and DOR; and
WHEREAS, DOR requires that an individual be authorized to sign said agreement along with all amendments there
to, except to increase the financial liability of Butte County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors authorizes Dorian Kittrell,
Butte County Department of Behavioral Health Director, to sign said agreement, and all amendments there to, except to
increase the financial liability of Butte County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 23th day of June, 2015, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
