Resolution No. 15-087
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4087 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 11 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "090 HUMAN RESOURCES” by deleting
therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 8901/8903/8904/8905 Administrative Assistant, Senior-C/Office Specialist,
Senior-C/Office Specialist-C/Office Assistant-C
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 1314/1315/8903 Human Resources Technician/Human Resources
Technician, Associate/Office Specialist, Senior-C
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 58, Reference C of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled "APPOINTED OFFICIALS
WITH BI-WEEKLY RANGE ASSIGNMENTS" by adding the following:
Class Code Class Title Salary Range Bi-Weekly Salary
4126 Contract Physician (At-Will) 97 $6,193.30-$8,299.62
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 38 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "541-012 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by adding the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4126 Contract Physician (At-Will)
thereby increasing the allocations by one (1)position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 19 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "360 SHERIFF-CORONER - SERVICES"
by adding the following:

1 6816/6827 Deputy Sheriff/Correctional Deputy (position to end
06/30/16)
thereby increasing the allocations by two (2) positions.
