Resolution No. 15-091
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PUBLIC SERVICE HOURS
FOR THE UTTE COUNTY LI
WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2.1 provides that the Board of Supervisors may, by
resolution, specify those hours during which individual departments will be open to the public; and
WHEREAS, the City of Chico provided funding in fiscal year 2014-2015 to staff an additional 14
hours per week at the Chico branch; and
WHEREAS, the City of Chico will not be funding additional hours during fiscal year 2015-2016; and
WHEREAS, the hours of all other Butte County Library branches remain unchanged.
NOW,, TH F IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that the Library
branch hours are as follows, effective July 5, 2015:

BE IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED that all branches normally closed on Mondays will observe
Monday holidays on the preceding Saturday.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 14-047, adopted May 6, 2014, is hereby
rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 23 day of June, 2015 by
the following vote:
