Resolution No. 15-098
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION AND ACCEPTANCE OF 556 COHASSET
ROAD, CHICO, CALIFORNIA FROM THE NJ. ENLOE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL TO THE
COUNTY OF ;UTTE
Whereas, on February 24, 2015 , the Board of Supervisors approved and authorized the
Director of General Services to negotiate the acquisition of a portion of Assessors Parcel
Number 006-240-047, 556 Cohasset Road, Chico, California;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IN RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte:
1. Approve the Purchase price of$403,000.
2. Authorize the Director of General Services to prepare and execute ail necessary
documents and authorize the Director to execute the Certificate of Acceptance to
effect the acquisition and accept the transfer of title to APN 006-240-047, commonly
known as 556 Cohasset Road, Chico, California to the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisor this 28th of July 2015, by the
following vote
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None .1
