,4 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN
~ as follows:
6 Ordinance No. 995 (Consolidating "C-~." Light Commercial}
7 Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following located in
the Lake Madrone area:
$ Lot 51 of "Father River Forest Homes" Unit No. 1, per
map recorded in Map Book $ on Pages 29A and 30A in the
9 office of-the Butte County Recorder.
1~ Being a portion of Sec 27, T21N, R5E, MDB&M and des-
cribed as follows:
11 A11 that property located northeast of Toyon Drive,
12 south of Oroville-Quincy Rd. right-of-way, west of
Lake Madrone and north of Lot 51 of "Feather River
13 Forest Homers" Unit No. 1 said described property
occupied by "Lake Madrone znn".

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty .{30) days

after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
16
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
17
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
18
OroviJ.le Mercur , a newspaper published. in the
19
County of Butte, State of California.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the

County of Butte, State of California, on the 15th day of
