RESOLUTION ADOPTING GUIDELINES FOR THE HOUSING REHABILITATION ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM FUNDED BY CIIMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS
WFIEREAS,the County of Butte was awarded grant funds from the Department of Housing and Community
Development on October 7, 2014, to provide housing rehabilitation loans under funding from the Community
Development Block Program per contract number 14-CDBG-9888; and
WHEREAS, per Community Development Block Grant Program Requirements,jurisdictions providing Housing
Rehabilitation loans must have Guidelines approved by the governing board; and
WHEREAS, the Guidelines for the Housing Rehabilitation Program establish the policies and procedures for the
administration of the program funded under the State Community Development Block Grant Program; and
WHEREAS,the proposed Guidelines for the Housing Rehabilitation Program have been reviewed and verbally
approved by representatives of the State Community Development Block Grant Program.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte does hereby
adopt Exhibit A, attached, entitled-Housing Rehabilitation Assistance Program (Community Development Block Grant)
Program Guidelines".
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 28° day of July 2015, by the
following vote:
